Terms and conditions
ceramicsdoc.com is an online platform of the civic non-profit company Pulsar group.
This agreement exclusively covers all use of ceramicsdoc.com. Any other terms and conditions are expressly excluded. Any user who enters and uses ceramicsdoc.com is deemed to consent to and unconditionally accept the terms set forth without exception. If any user does not agree with the terms, he must refrain from use.
Modification of terms
Pulsar group reserves the right to modify or renew the terms and conditions. The modification or renewal is effective from the moment this text is updated. If any part of this is found to be invalid or unenforceable by a court decision, the remaining contract will continue to be valid. Pulsar group may enter into an agreement to assign its obligations to a suitable third party. Otherwise, neither party will be entitled to assign or transfer its rights or obligations. All notifications must be made in writing (by email or by mail).
Applicable law – jurisdiction
This contract is governed by European and Greek law and is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Athens.

Pulsar group is not responsible or liable for any damage or moral harm resulting from the inability to provide services.

5. sending, publishing, e-mailing or otherwise transmitting any material that contains software viruses or any other code, files or programs designed to interrupt, damage, destroy or impair the operation of any computer software or hardware,
6. intentional or unintentional violation of applicable legislation or provisions,
7. harassment of third parties in any way,
8. collecting or storing personal data about other users.
They also agree that all members and associates of Pulsar group are not responsible for anything arising from third parties using ceramicsdoc.com.
Any use contrary to the above, in addition to any civil penalties, will result in the termination of the services provided without any notice.
